Delivery
We hope you love your purchase but if you aren't happy for any reason, please get in touch within 14 days of purchase.
For full price items, a full refund or exchange will be issued providing items are unused and in the same condition in which they were sold - including all tags still attached and in its original packaging.
Sale items are non-refundable but a credit note will be issued or an exchange made to the same value. If the exchange item is to be posted the additional postage cost will be charged.
Please note postage charges are non-refundable, and returns should be sent at your own cost.
You are welcome to drop in to our shop in Bath or return by post - The River Mouse, 2 Pierrepont Place, Bath, BA1 1JX.
It is strongly advised that returns are posted using a track and sign option.
Returns
We are happy to offer a free Click & Collect option - just select this option at checkout. For Click & Collect orders you will receive an email confirming your purchase is ready to collect from our shop - please check our opening hours, and collect your purchase within 10 days.
All other items are despatched by the next working day for a flat rate of £4.95, via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order is despatched. If for any reason an item is no longer available we will be in touch before shipping the rest of your order. Please allow at least three working days for delivery.
Please note that, while every item will be packaged with utmost care, your order will likely be sent in recycled packaging to avoid needless waste. Thank you for your understanding.
