Little Cotton Clothes' sleeveless blouse is made in their Tenby floral organic cotton. This beautiful blouse has an elasticated waist with a gathered peplum frill which has been cut on the bias. The front of the blouse is finished with pin tucks and rows of pretty cotton-lace trim either side of the button placket. The arm openings have a gathered frill.
